Re-Do Policy

If, after your appointment, you find there's something about your hair color or cut that doesn't quite meet your expectations, we're here to make it right. Please reach out to us within 7 days of your original visit. We encourage you to directly contact the stylist who worked with you, so they can understand your concerns and schedule an adjustment appointment.

Our goal is simple – we want you to love your hair! Our team is committed to working with you to achieve the look you desire. Your happiness with our service is essential to us, and we're dedicated to ensuring you walk out of Luna the Hair Studio feeling confident and pleased with your hairstyle.

Cancellation Policy

At Luna the Hair Studio, we value the time of our clients and stylists. To ensure efficient scheduling and service, we have a clear cancellation policy:

Credit Card Information: During your first appointment, we'll securely take your credit card information. This is a standard procedure to facilitate our cancellation policy.

24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and possibly accommodate other clients.

Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, or in the event of a no-call, no-show, we will charge 50% of the service fee to the credit card on file.

Gratuity Policy

While gratuities are never expected but always appreciated, we kindly prefer them in Cash or through Venmo. This preference is due to the high fees associated with processing tips through credit cards. By choosing cash or Venmo for gratuities, you help ensure that the full amount of your appreciation goes directly to the stylist who served you.
